Is Clefairy + Jigglypuff + 4 pokemon better than Clefairy + 5 pokemon though?

To expand upon my previous post:
Jigglypuff has more HP than Clefairy but worse or equal stats elsewhere. HP is a strictly defensive stat, and if we do the math by mutiplying HP with Defense/Special to find out how bulky a Pokémon is, we get the following:
Jigglypuff defense/special defense value: 31*11=341 31*11=341 Clefairy defense/special defense value: 26*14=364 26*15=390
Ergo - Jigglypuff is worse than Clefairy in all regards when it comes to stats (except vs. Seismic Toss which is never used in LC), and it doesn't have a significantly better movepool to make up for it.
To answer Lutra:
Jigglypuff can use a supporting set just like Clefairy, but it doesn't really help to have two very slow, not-too-strong Pokémon on your team. I am a believer that you should have Exeggcute, Staryu and Diglett on every team, adding Clefairy is A-OK but adding Jigglypuff as well makes it shaky - too much support for too few attackers. If I wanted that slot for a supporting Pokémon however, I'd rather choose Drowzee or Abra, who can provide status and hit for huge amounts of damage. Drowzee is slightly bulkier than Jigglypuff on the physical side and very much tankier than both Jigglypuff and Clefairy specially:
Drowzee defense/special defense value: 25*14=350 25*18=450
BoltBeam coverage is nice of course, but there's already two strong mons that can provide that and have much higher power than Jigglypuff (who, just for comparisons sake, has the same special stat as Rattata, Geodude and Rhyhorn and only higher than Caterpie, Weedle and Magikarp), Clefairy and Staryu. BoltBeam is good, but you need other things in life and Pokémon such as physical attacks, Psychic users and resistances, decent stats and heck, STAB.

We need to play more RBY LC UU, a tier with 11 pokemon to choose from (like RBY OU but with fewer options!) :3
Tho seriously I wonder how it is as a tier.

this rby lc bl thing is a joke lol. bl and uu should be merged into the same tier (uu).
Also drowzee and slowpoke should be ou, while koffing, grimer and geodude shouldn't.

We need a separate list for wrap allowed to see what RBY LC UU is like with wrap. I've been playing a lot of RBY LC UU non-wrap with Jin/Innova/Bed/Jellicent and I'm holding a tour here: www.pokemonperfect.com/forums/showthread.php?3120-RBY-LC-UUReally pretty fun. However shouldn't nido-m/f be illegal? Due to not being breedable. Been playing LC UU with them however.

If the nidorans are banned then you only have 6 pokemon + caterpie/weedle/magikarp left.

Agreed which is why I'm currently playing with them still allowed. If Zilch isn't dead or w/e (?) it should be updated in the OP then. I guess it's because they aren't breedable, but stricly speaking none of the vaguely usable LC pokemon in any tier use sets they can legitimately obtain by level 5, so I see no reason to ban them.

Eh. I thought it was a good idea at the time.
