Long but fun match with a few interesting moments like Turn 43, Rhydon vs Tauros, and the last few Lax crits. I was also thinking about dropping Tauros or Rhydon for another paralysis supporter(probably STossZam or Slowbro) in order to back up my Lax even more. Should I go ahead with that?

The point of ReflectLax is that you don't need as much paralysis support. You just set up and tank things. That being said, subbing out Rhydon for Alakazam on that team would not be a bad decision or anything.

I find that you can use it in one of three ways. You can scout for its counters and deal with them first, and then send it out to cause carnage, preferably with stuff paralysed beforehand. You can also send it out midgame to KO a pokemon or two and spread paralysis, setting up a sweep with tauros. Or you can just throw it out when shit has hit the fan and hope it can turn the battle around, it's the probably best pokemon in the game for that.
