Yeah, I made this RBY guide few months ago to post it in some spanish forums to popularize RBY, but I did not succed... Anyway I decided to post it here although it is in spanish. I really don't think this is going to teach much to you, but yup, see it if you want anyway. Who knows, perhaps read this is a good idea if someone of you is learning spanish. It is in a Word Document and was made to see it in preeliminary view (or whatever is it called) at abaut 55%-60% of the 100% size. Attachments:

I just read it (after Google translating) and it seems really good. =)
Just a few things I noticed:
XD
It doesn't quite work like that, but it's pretty much the same. Most effects and attacks are all 1/256 lower than what would be over. For example, for an effect that happens 10% of the time 26/255 would be 10.2%, but 25/255 is about 9.8%. That's how most of the attacks are. The 256 bug is because during the accuracy check of the random number from 0 to 255, 255 is an auto-miss.
It's divided by 512
XD
That's surprisingly really accurate.

do you mean the numbers are rounded down? I think however (at least I thought) that all percentages were 1/256 lower (the same as *255/256). So for example 10% were 10*255/256=something like 9'61 I think)
Yeah, traductros aren't very good... "100/514’007843": This is what the origininal guide shows. However traductors doesn't go well with numbers... This number is because 512*255/256 is 524'007843. I did the division twice cause one is for the failing rate and the other for the non-ch rate.
BTW have you try to write something in the google traductor (on any other really) translate it to another language and then translate to the first languaje, do this few times and then see the result. Yeah, you can have said, i like potatoes, and finally you have my book is red... (try with a long text though).
The Tauros traduction in english is Taurus lol

That's because languages have their own ways of wording things. English is usually <description> <object> <action> such as "the black cat ate a white mouse", and French for example has switches, such as "black cat" and "chat noir". Past, present and future tenses are always weird too.
Most languages just have different ways of using grammar, but Google translator doesn't pick up on all of them. =P

Crystal, you wrote: Eso quiere decir que incluso los movimientos con 100% de precisión pueden fallar, y lo harán el 0’0390625% de las veces, es decir que su precisión real es de 99’609375%. Shouldn't it be 0'390625%?

Nah, this is too old, and now I understand the RBY meta (or at least better than then). Only use the mechanic sections if anything. Anyway everything is better here (and in english): sites.google.com/site/rbysite/ But all strategic stuff is way too focused on stall anyway. Glad to see you here lucasbm =)

One thing you could do is paste it onto pastebin.com/ so then nobody has to log in to read it. Lurkers might get a chance to see it then. =P
