I read it all. But I'll keep focused on RBY for a while. Otherwise, I will keep failing at both gerenations.

I'm a bit confused about the Miltank + Marowak combo. how does Miltank speed up Marowak?
Body Slam para'ing Skarm?

This used to work agaionst stall teams that didn't threaten you much/at all. Often, Marowak needed to take few hits in order to beat whatever and then, HB allowed Marowak to wake up after using Rest to be at full health, ready for doing something else.
Its like Starmie para-ing Chansey in RBY. Drumlax always faces Skarm (if your opponent has it). Marowak has a much higher chance of killing para'd Skarmory due to paraflinch.

So I've been using your Snorlax Marowak team in GSC lately. How do you face off against a stall team with Gengar? Gengar walls Snorlax completely.
Raikou, Suicune, Cloyster, Gengar, Skarmory, Snorlax.
I got a lucky para with Body Slam on his Skarmory, but after I revealed I didn't have Earthquake they just go to Gengar against my Snorlax. Cloyster and Suicune both kill Marowak. and Raikou walls the rest of the team.

If in whatever moment you lack offense against a stall team you will either lose (if you use an "offensive" team) or go for a million-turn stall battle. However, if your opponent has some sort of offense on his stall team (Drumlax, Marowak, Perish Trappers, Machamp, etc), you have to stop him every time he attacks with these threats, in order to go for the +500 turns.
Cursedrumlax definitely has no offense against Gengar (though if it can't threaten you, i mean, it runs something like Tbolt, FP, DB, IP, you can try to stall it out, but it still has more PPs anyway). In this case, your offense is limited to Marowak. However, you can still use Snorlax to lure out Gengar (and mantaining its ability to counter whatever you have decided, like Zapdos or Egg when has no chance of SP / doesn't have it, though you shouldn't be trying to drum against offensive teams), and go to Marowak in the switch. Now, you have a free turn to predict and attack, and should Gengar decides to DB or boom he's opening up Drumlax.
You can still try EQ [1] and Tyranitar [2] somewhere.
[1] Without Curse, you now lose the ability to really threatening stuff like Suicune without using drum, and threatening everything but Skarmory, definitely allows you to para Skarm sooner or later, and gives you leftovers recovery more easily (you should try to come into switches) for a possible second drum as stuff like Suicune are more likely to switch out instead of Surfing. And, if Miltank still exists, you can Curse it a hundred of times, making her BSs worthless (and hence getting left. recovery), and, thus, allowing you to BD in Miltank's face. Without Curse, your opponent can send Miltank into Lax again and again mantaining Skarm for Marowak.
[2] Ttar over Marowak / Skarmory. You can't afford to lose Cloyster/Suicune/Raikou. If you go with +ttar -skarm, use Roar (as well as pursuit+crunch if you use ttar in any position) and go with Zapdos over Raikou for Champs and Heras.

What you're dealing with is having both your main offenses double walled. Cune/Cloy for Wak and Skarm/Gengar for Lax.
Entire problem is solved by putting EQ or Fblast over curse. Cursedrumlax is a bit outdated imo, predates LK lax, especially currently since nobody is using growltank or charm umbreon at all. In any case, pure drumlax can get around these things anyway if you play lax more carefully (the way you play Marowak always).
Cursedrum should not be standard but something you use randomly to surprise people. I recommend EQ because it will beat gengar and you can still hit skarm.
It's also important to keep in mind that Marowak is not *truly* walled in this scenario, so take advantage of that. Cloy and Cune can't just shrug off wak EQs, so chip away at them. Your own electric, while walled, beats a lot of things, so you can bank on it to be met by its walls (raikou, lax), which is a good opportunity to get Wak active and force cune/cloy to take EQs.
