Pidgeot is a physical powerhouse now. With some major move boosts (Fly, Gust, and Wing Attack), she can finally do some damage. She also gains a bit of bulk via HP. She has a unique bird move, Whirlwind, that makes her particularly threatening, especially coupled with Screech. She is still walled by Electrics and Rocks, but she now resists Fighting.
Of the Normal/Flying Pokemon, Pidgeot was made into the slow sweeper, also being pure Flying and having the nicest moves to support doing so. Agility helps for the naturally low Speed. |

Pidgeot becomes mono-Flying. Now resisting Fighting, she's a powerful physical threat with the most powerful Flying moves in the game. Whirlwind is 150 base with no drawbacks bar the accuracy, and having STAB as well as 338 Attack, you're gonna want a solid Rock to counter this bird. Quick Attack is also a great option that allows Pidgeot to bypass his Speed problem even when paralyzed.
