Nidoqueen's bulky advantage over her husband is now strongly accentuated. A few of her moves get power boosts, notably Poison Sting and Submission. Fury Swipes and Fury Attack are options, and the queen can now inflict sleep with Lovely Kiss. Her special boost and type coverage means she can hit in any direction to help balance her many weaknesses. The defensive combination of Poison/Ground is actually very important in Plus to wall many of the newfound physical sweepers, so Nidoqueen will be a royal pain if you're not prepared.
Nidoqueen has significantly higher total stats than Nidoking as defensive stats are arguably not as valued. Nidoqueen is very diverse and can attack with all sorts of attacks, while taking them back as well. Nidoqueen is a mixed sweeper, mixed wall or sorts and a Sleeper, so you can use her for many roles in your team and to cover for many Pokemon should something unlucky happen to them. |

Nidoqueen has great stats, with 473 HP and over 300 in both defensive stats she's a neat wall. Her movepool is terrific, and hits especially hard on the special side with Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Fire Blast and Surf. Lovely Kiss allows her to take on the role as a sleeper as well, and she can utilize Rest to absorb even more hits. Girl power!
