Dugtrio gets an attack boost as well as some more bulk. He enjoys his exclusive move, Dig, which gets a major upgrade. He also has the option of using Double-Team, which can work in conjunction with Sand-Attack and Dig. As the Electrics have been slightly boosted, Ghosts are more common, and all of the Dragons lose their Ground immunity, Dugtrio will continue to play a vital role as a very useful crit king.
Dugtrio gets an Attack boost, a Confusion move and a legalized Fissure. He still remains the fastest Ground by a fair margin and the increase of Fires, Rocks and Poisons keep him a job. He works the same as before, but better. |

Dugtrio is still the speedy Ground. His most important change is probably the speed boost which makes him tied for second fastest in the game, as well as the attack boost which gives him decent damage dealing abilities even when not scoring a Critical Hit. Double Team causes confusion now, which can prove bothersome for your opponent if combined with Sand-Attack.
