As the new king of RBY2K10, I now have the right to take over this tournament, which began on September 23rd. September 23rd, how disturbing.....
What we need, friends, is a pragmatic tournament; therefore, allow me to provide you with a recapitulation of the previous rounds and how the semi-finalists ended up here.
The RBY2K10 OU revival tournament purported to begin a new era in the history of RBY2K10. 16 of the best players RBY has to offer signed up for this tournament, in which the first two rounds would be best-of-three while the semi-finals and finals would be best-of-five. Although the tournament began with an impressive start, it is now in dire need of assistance. I will now guide this tournament in the right direction, just like I guide all of you; for that's what the most wisest, magnanimous person must do so that his dumb, innocent sheep can live fruitful lives.
Round one
~M Dragon defeated David the Chansey 2-1.
~Velli defeated Triangles 2-0
~Isa defeated SharKing 2-1
~Dre defeated Posthuman 2-0
~Crystal defeated Redemption 2-0
~Marcoasd defeated magic9mushroom 2-1
~King GGFan defeated alexejj 2-1
~Golden Gyarados defeated pokebasket 2-1
Quarterfinals
~Velli defeated M Dragon 2-0
~Isa defeated Dre 2-0
~Marcoasd defeated Crystal 2-1
~King GGFan defeated Golden Gyarados 2-0
You may be upset, but be quiet and allow me to continue. Originally, the Velli/M Dragon and Isa/Dre sets were not completed, so I chose a winner based on various factors. In this tournament, DQ wins count as 6-0s--congratulations to Velli and Isa for their dominant victories.
Now then:
Semi-finals
Velli vs Isa
King GGFan defeated Marcoasd 3-0
Good luck to both Velli and Isa, and fear not--I will write about this tournament in much greater detail once we reach the finals.
Velli and Isa have until December 21st to complete their set. If either of you have any concerns, please write to me here or via email at GGFanHappyLegend@gmail.com. Thank you and good luck!
