I feel like we need a thread for this whole thing. Its honestly one of the greatest internet experiences I've had!

Looks like it's democratic now. This will probably be a lot easier now. I support the new regime, there's only so much random start-pressing I can handle.

I fully support anarchy. I mean that's where all the fun came from the helix fossil wouldn't be known for what it is without anarchy!

Honestly, now that I think about it, being able to vote for different forms of "government" is hindering progress even more. Now instead of button inputs the majority of people are voting for regime.

If 75% of the actions are governmental ones, that's still 25% of a playerbase of 80k. That's still tons of people playing, even if far from everyone makes a move. We have well over one input per second.

Anarchy just baaaaarely avoided being overthrown like 2 minutes ago.
EDIT: ...aaaaaaaand it just switched as of this edit. I pitched in, if for no other reason than just to see people throw a fit. It's really the only way they're ever getting Surf in the Safari Zone, though.
EDIT2: Well that was fast. Already kicked it like 5 minutes after it was adopted through the power of start9. It wouldn't be so slowgoing in democracy if you could vote for queued movements without splitting the vote, but c'est la vie.

After I heard they beat the Safari Zone using democracy, I lost a lot of interest. That being said the Reddit page for Twitch Plays Pokemon still makes me laugh.

Twitch vs. Twitch in Stadium would be hilarious.
