mhm, was his Raikou TB, HP, Ref and Rest or what?
Roar Raikou is actually your problem here, since Cune rarely packs it and is scared off by Jolt.
Also, Jolt+Wak+Lax+Argle... I suppose the other two are Skarm and [RT]Cune/Star or aat least should be imo = )

And two things to BP and Agility is too much imo. Maybe Jolteon-> Raikou or Argle=> something else (Miltank)
