Thoughts on this Team

Now normally, I try a few battles against people first, but with Finals I can't really get on and dedicate an hour or two playing RBY.
This is a team I threw together really quickly and was wondering if you guys wanted to input any thoughts.
I really wanted to try a Rest Exeggutor. My post in the OU Rankings thread lead me to thinking about how great Exeggutor is.
The team:
Alakazam
- Psychic
- Recover
- Reflect
- Thunder Wave
Chansey
- Ice Beam
- Softboiled
- Thunder Wave
- Thunderbolt
Starmie
- Ice Beam
- Psychic
- Recover
- Thunder Wave
Exeggutor
- Psychic
- Double-Edge
- Rest
- Sleep Powder
Tauros
- Blizzard
- Body Slam
- Earthquake
- Hyper Beam
Gengar
- Explosion
- Hypnosis
- Psychic
- Thunderbolt
I started off with Rest Exeggutor. Double Edge is nothing to laugh off coming from 288 attack. Psychic and Sleep Powder rounded out the set.
With this moveset I estimate that Exeggutor is most likely going to be a midgame pressure Pokemon. He's going to come out midgame and force the battle to endgame by bringing out sweepers to take Exeggutor out.
Exeggutor has the most trouble with one move, specifically, Blizzard which has an inordinant amount of power for it's 90% accuracy. NonSTAB Blizzard from 228 Spec (Tauros) does a crazy 45-54%. Thus I decided Sleep Powder would be reserved for the Tauros or other Ice users(Starmie and Chansey come to mind).
-incomplete... will post with more thoughts later.
Some quick notes...
Despite lots of twave, there will probably be a lack of early paralyzing so Eggy gets an easier time sleeping midgame. Probably will end up with sacrificing Chansey for a para on something going into endgame.
Zam is a strong lead that the contributes to the late sleep strategy.
Gengar is needed for Normal attacks. Gengar & Eggy are also a strong switch duo.
Done with Finals! =)
Gengar is there because I don't have a pokemon that can take Body Slams or Explosions. Gengar and Eggy are also a great duo because Eggy resists all super effectives against Gengar. Switch into Tauros Body Slam with Gengar, into Eggy for the EQ and threaten with Explode or Sleep is one of the best ways to deal with Tauros.
Thanks for the tips on paralyzing and Zam leads!
