So, should glitch pokemon (Missingno., 'M, hPOKe, etc.) be part of the standard metagame? It seems to me personally that the presence of glitches is the main thing that sets R/B/Y apart from later generations. Obviously, game-crashing glitch mons/moves should be banned (Female symbol, Superglitch, some TM glitch moves), but I don't see the harm in allowing the use of the more benign glitches.

Obuisdt, but there is not sim for that. Glitching at GSC is better. Go Celebi!

Have you looked up the stats of some of those glitch Pokemon on Bulbapedia? Some of them seriously make Mewtwo look pathetic. They're good for fooling around with or making a glitch video for YouTube, but not for invading the standard metagame, sorry.

There's no way to play competitively with them, and are just gibberish in RBY when the game tries to read past where actual Pokemon are (so for example, the game gets stats and moves from sections of the code that are used entirely differently). As Zilch said, some of them are beyond broken too. PC4SH is ridiculous.

No standard at all, but this is less dumb than a letter h tournament and definitely something ... different, still dumb though.
And do anyone have a complete list of the 103 pokes stats and moves?

It could be interesting, but it definitely shouldn't be standard.

Well, as far as I have seen, there are around 4-5 pokes with PC4SH stats and typing and with irrelevant differences in their moves. And if we ban them, we are left with the standard pokes actually, given the sucktitude of the rest glitced pokes, with +150 speed and less than 25 in any other stat. Wel, they are also stuff like glitched Poliwrath/Slowbro, with is basically something like a Slowbro with ThudnderPunch and Absorb, but without Psychic and Tackle, to say (just an example, not real, but something similar).

PC4SH would probably be Uber or even a new SuperUber tier, while something like Missingno. would probably be OU.

I said, if we remove PC4SH-esque pokemon we are left with standard pokes and glitched pokes whose stat suck (bar hybrids with poli/bro/zard/etc)
