If you mouse-over the sprite of you and your opponent's Pokemon, you can see the stats and current effects (exact numbers for you and 0, -3, +2, etc for the opponent). Effects include Reflect, Leech, Confusion, etc.
If you're a battler and you mouse-over to the bottom left corner, you can see all the spectators.
And if you mouse-over the images of the opponent's Pokeballs, it'll tell you what they are if you've seen them. So for example, if you saw that the opponent's lead was Alakazam, and they switch, if you mouse-over to the top left Pokeball, it'll say "Alakazam".
I didn't know all these so I thought I'd share.

Also, if you hover your mouse over the paralysis icon (same icon as electric types), it'll say, oddly enough, "Psn". Kinda useless, but still quirky.
