Alakazam - Psychic - Recover - Reflect - Thunder Wave
Chansey - Ice Beam - Softboiled - Thunder Wave - Thunderbolt
Starmie - Ice Beam - Psychic - Recover - Thunder Wave
Exeggutor - Leech Seed - Mega Drain - Rest - Sleep Powder
Articuno - Fly - Ice Beam - Reflect - Rest
Snorlax - Amnesia - Body Slam - Rest - Thunderbolt
Crystal made a stall team for RBY, and I argued they couldn't work. This is what I came up with based on Crystal's team... discuss?

Three T-Waves and a Sleep Powder? Nah...
I recommend freeing up Eggy's moveset by replacing Chansey's ThunderWave with Sing while replacing Sleep Powder with Psychic.
This puts you down to two T-wavers and a Sleeper. Muchhh better.
Articuno and Snorlax are your KEY players, so be very careful not to get them crippled/ko'd early. You yourself will be stalled if you don't keep those two sweepers alive to finish the game.
Looks fun!

That's a great point. Perhaps drop T-wave on Chansey for Reflect or Defense Curl. Maybe even Counter, which would help get rid of a physical.
I don't see how Psychic would benefit Eggy. Eggy will most likely have to be MegaDraining + Leech Seed vs Chansey to stay alive against the Ice Beams. Gengar can't touch Eggy either, outside of exploding.
Thoughts on Articuno? Fly so Chansey doesn't just sit down and stall. Reflect requires Tauros to crit twice to KO. It does wall a good amount of pokes though. Alakazam and Slowbro with Psychic are the only ones I see reliably killing her.

Exeggutor without Psychic is like Golem without EQ, even worse. Psychic is for physical attackers. You are going to lose to Tauros/Snorlax eventually. Tauros can go through Articuno in the second switching pretty often; you need cloyster, who can usually survive with Rest more than 3 hits (and you can predict HB going to articuno). Slowbro is pretty likely to beat you as well; I recommend LS Chansey. Reflect/DC = no (especially the later), you are not going to stay against Tauros, and you'll definitely want to hit it in the switch as it comes in. The best way to win is killing pokes that can't recover, since you can't wall them much time with Cloyster/Articuno.
Starmie does nothing, it counters... Articuno, Cloyster?
Fly Articuno is just saying, "please, go to Golem/Starmie/whatever as i use Fly". Put Blizzard/Mimic there. You shouldn't be staying against Chansey anyway. The best way to stall is switching. If you stay against everything with Articuno, you'll see a ch or something sooner or later, and losing articuno is not what you want: Cloyster can't take into both Lax and Tauros. Egg shouldn't stay against Chansey either.
Stall teams are definitely inferior (and that's not something unexpected). Well, i'll post my team anyway:
Alakazam - Psychic - Recover - Seismic Toss - Thunder Wave
Exeggutor - Explosion - Psychic - Rest - Sleep Powder
Cloyster - Explosion - Ice Beam - Rest - Blizzard / Reflect / Substitute
Articuno - Ice Beam - Mimic / Blizzard - Reflect - Rest
Tauros / Golem / Snorlax / Gengar - Body Slam / Rock Slide / Body Slam / Psychic - Earthquake / Hypnosis - Hyper Beam / Rest / Rest / Rest - Blizzard / Explosion / SelfDestruct / Explosion
Chansey - Ice Beam - Light Screen - Softboiled - Thunderbolt
Alakazam + Chansey wall every special sweeper, bar Ice+Stab+Recover Starmie freezing Chansey and MAYBE bar Alakazam/Starmie + Chasney, when your Chasney is frozen unless you are unlucky with ST.
Rest + Explosion for two reasons: - There are some cases in which Egg/Golem/Cloyster won't see much use. Egg sleeps and counters Grounds. Golem counters electrics. Cloyster goes into Tauros. If these pokes have been killed / do not exist, they don't see much use. So it becomes better to explode in something that matters if you can (like Tauros, Starmie, Chasney...). - If you have killed non-recover pokes (what you should aspire to do in order to win), you'll still have to face Chasney/Zam/Starmie. If your opponent has e.g. Chansey and Zam (Starmie is not that much of a problem defensively since it can take a tbolt), and you have Chasney+Zam+Cloyster, you can now explode in one and stall out the other.
Tauros/Snorlax gives offense. Snorlax is not a defensive poke, since it might wall everything, but doesn't wall anything. Try to trade if you run it (Lax is the best at trading). I still prefer Tauros, but avoid taking innecesary damage. Golem is for electrics and Gengar for Persian and maybe some cocky predictions with EQ, though Tau/Golem/Lax is better overall. Golem is also who takes the sleep if i can, since it will usually maintain it's ability to counter electrics if your opponent runs one. Gengar as well for the same reason (Persian). Tauros is the best here.
For example, against another team (it's just like GSC stall but much more difficult to win):
Gengar -> Exeggutor / Alakazam / Golem (if i have it, for non-MD versions, or even for MD ones with predictions) Exeggutor -> Alakazam / Exeggutor *Snorlax *Golem (explodes) Chansey -> Alakazam / Chansey / RestGengar/ RestLax *Tauros (comes as it switches and threatens) Starmie -> Chansey Tauros -> Cloyster *Snorlax *Golem (BS/EQ/Blz predictions +/ explodes) *Tauros Snorlax -> Articuno
That's probably the best way to divide here. Offensive pokes, especially Tauros should see a hit as in comes if possible, unless it comes after losing one poke obv. Consequently, try to avoid Softboiling/Recovering as it comes in, and be wary about predicted switches (if you eat few of them with Tauros it's gg, because Cloyster is vulnerable to 2 CHs or FPs. *Snorlax = One of the best options to try to go for a trade (or maybe even more).
Alakazam -> Chansey / Alakazam *Tauros Exeggutor -> Alakazam / Chansey Golem -> Exeggutor Tauros -> Cloyster *Tauros *Snorlax Chansey -> Alakazam / Chasney / Rest Gengar/Snorlax *Tauros Jolteon -> Golem / just playing offensively if you don't have it,*Snorlax *Tauros
How do you play Chasney/ZAm depends on if they are para/can be frozen and/or your opponent's team. For example a para'd Chan can take on any of Zam/Chan/Star.
lol, that's very long. ---> Stall teams are WORSE than standard teams, no matter how cool/creative they could be, they can't wall everything at all.

lol @ Crystal. by the time someone realized Articuno was using Fly, it would be too late to switch to Golem (they would have to switch out again immediately).
I do agree that Psychic is important, even on a Leech Seed set. It helps lower Chansey's special so that you can survive longer. and also since Leech Seed forces switches, you'll want to be able to punish the switch-ins with a 348 stabbed Psychic.
Not to discard Crystal's analyses, I think your original team is fine after the changes I suggested earlier. You could try Counter over Sing. I suggest trying each and seeing what works best for you.

I've been stalling with toxic and the team does okay, but ultimately it's at Tauros's mercy too often. Resting in RBY is crazy predictable so people can force your poke out with 2 sleep turns left. Even if they don't, Tauros is always coming in for a free bslam on any resting poke. Explosions can also bust big holes in the team at times (which is why I've been running reflect on like everything, and that doesn't completely solve the problem).
The best strat I feel with this (looking at Crystal's team) is that after you sleep, don't par anything and just spam ice beam with various poke until you land a freeze. Then start paring and trying to set up tauros. Ideally you can tank long enough to play par'd vs unpar'd pokes long enough to get a freeze and then go from there.
Also, I use Slowbro over one of Cloy/Arti because it still is great as a physical buff and also has offensive potential which this team desperately needs. Ultimately, if not screwed by an untimely ch (which is surprisingly rare for this type of team, it's really very resilient) you're probably going to find yourself simply unable to kill special stallers since they wall basically the entire team right back.
