I've been experimenting with an offensive team that lacks sleep support and focuses mainly on all-out offence. The results are mixed, as I either get lucky or success strategically launching a pre-emptive strike and sweep, or lose my attackers and fail to counter something bread-and-butter like Chansey or Zam.
One part of this team is Tauros with a modified standard set, Stomp taking the place of Blizzard. I find myself rarely using Blizzard, often opting to EQ Golems instead and trying to paralyse Egg on the switch. So Stomp takes the place of Blizzard.
The flinching is only 30%, and the attack power is noticeably below that of Body Slam, so if I get no luck with the odds, I lose my Tauros without dealing nearly as much damage as I could get by doing Body Slam/Hyper Beam raids. However, Stomp's added effect often works nicely lategame when the opponent's team is paralysed, as with Stomp and paralysis, the target has only an ~52% chance to move.
Often it's a big waste of turns knowing Tauros's excellent offence, but when you find yourself just about losing your game, it can help out.
I'd like to hear your opinions on this.

Stomp has a few nice setups, but it's luck based.
One in particular is Tauros dittos where Body Slam, Stomp and Hyper Beam have a 55190/59319 (93%) chance to 3HKO, and that's if all hits don't CH (giving a total chance of about 97%). Ideally you want to Paralyze first and with Stomp, you get the chance to avoid taking a hit for a turn. If both Tauroses(?) are non-Paralyzed, you could use Stomp over Body Slam anyway, and flinch instead of Paralyze. I would almost always go for Paralysis if the opponent already isn't though since it's permanent, let's you go first next turn and Body Slam does more damage.
Stomp is more of a backup plan if you need it, which is nicer than hoping for Hyper Beam criticals since it has a better chance to work. Against Paralyzed Pokemon as you said, they have a 52.25% chance to attack that turn, which is actually a bit worse than Confusion normally is.
If you use Stomp, replace Blizzard. You could drop Earthquake, but Blizzard is mainly for Exeggutor, and Golem/Rhydon still take damage from Earthquake, so be careful with what move you drop. Besides, Blizzard works on all the Pokemon that Stomp can be Flinch, while Earthquake is necessary for Gengar. Unfortunately though, Stomp isn't enough to 3HKO Golem/Rhydon like 3 Earthquakes could.
It's gimmicky, it can work, but the standard set would be generally better. If you do go with Stomp, I'd suggest using it over Blizzard, and have your team slightly more Paralysis heavy and maybe have Exeggutor with Mega Drain or something for Rocks. Alternatively, drop Earthquake and make sure you can handle Gengar and Pokemon with Counter.

I actually want to try this in UU with Lickitung. Lots of great para support in UU, as well as a lack of high powered STAB could make it work. Omastar is a problem as it'll stall Lickitung, but Omastar is dealt with easily in UU.
